Day 35

My collage of a breakfast...



  • 1 blueberry pancake
  • 1 biscuit + tsp jelly and tsp of butter
  • strawberries and grapes (probably not as much as is the picture though...)

  • Salmon with Basil - Lean Cuisine
  • Chocolate cake


  • 1 soft serve vanilla ice cream cone

  • 1 Kashi Honey Almond Flax granola bar

  • 1 chocolate chip cookie
The reason I'm eating cookies so late at night is that every day this week they're having "free cookies and caffeine" night in my dorm... hehehe. But even though I've been eating so terribly these past few days, I AM working out pretty much every other day! I burned 650 calories on the cycling machine today and I plan to do the same tomorrow morning.

Sorry for the late/sporadic updating, but finals week s CRAZY. As is my diet. Hopefully after the week is out (after Saturday) it'll all be good and back to normal :)

Day 34


  • 2 buttermilk pancakes + 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg (scrambled)

  • about 1-2 servings of Cheese puffs


  • 1 fruit cup/parfait thing

  • 1 mozzarella string cheese

  • 1/2 bag of Trolli gummi worms
  • 1/4 box of Whoppers

  • 1-2 servings of Cheez-Its

  • 1 pancake (plain)

  • 1 personal cheese pizza

  • 1 Chocolate Pudding Parfait

  • 3 cookies

Day 33

Skipped breakfast and had a big lunch at Pluckers today.

  • Popeye Dip (Spinach, cheese.... and a bunch of other stuff) + tortilla chips


  • 1/2 of a fried macaroni thing. :P


  • 1 philly cheesesteak
  • waffle fries

  • 1 tall Chai Tea Latte
  • 1 plain bagel

  • 2 slices of Ezekiel bread + 5 slices of Oscar Meyer turkey


  • 1 cup of Jell-O Chocolate Mousse cups
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate unsweetened Almond Breeze

Day 32


  • 2 buttermilk pancakes + 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 scrambled egg


  • 1 grande Passion Tea, unsweetened


  • 1 Raspberry Low-Fat Muffin


  • 1 small vanilla milkshake
  • 1 slice toast
  • 2 strips of chicken
  • only about 4 or 5 french fries


  • 1 Campbell's Soup at Hand (Chicken & Noodles)


  • 1 Quaker Apple Cinnamon rice cake

Day 31


  • 1 plain bagel + 1 tbsp of butter + 1 tbsp of rasberry jelly
  • 1 egg
  • strawberries + grapes

  • 4-5 Hershey Kisses

  • 2 slices of Domino's hand-tossed cheese pizza

  • 1 piece of CinnaStix + tsp of icing

  • 1 pink lady apple

  • 2 slices of Ezekiel bread + 2 tbsp blueberry fruit spread + 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened chocolate Almond Breeze (not the milk in the picture, it was expired)

  • 1 serving (22) small whole wheat crackers
  • 1 wedge of Laughing Cow spreadable swiss cheese

Day 30

Today was going so great... until about 7pm hit. Then it all went downhill from there.
I vow to be healthy for the rest of the weekend, INCLUDING exercising in copious amounts in both days. NO MATTER WHAT. I NEED TO BURN OFF THIS GUILT.


  • Almond Breeze + Kashi Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon cereal


  • Cheese Ravioli
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Green Beans


  • 1 Brownie


  • 2 ice cream cones


  • 1 Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cake


  • Salad
  • 1/2 biscuit
  • 1 slice chocolate cake + icing




  • 2 slices of Domino's hand tossed pizza (cheese)


  • 1 Cinna Stix from Domino's + about 2 tbsp of icing

  • about 1/3 bag of Trolli Sour gummy worms
