
The usual -- Almond Breeze + Organic Toasted O's cereal!
Aaaand lunch:
- 1 microwaveable packet of Easy Mac!
- 1 Yoplait White Chocolate Strawberry yogurt cup
- 1 serving of Planter's South Beach Diet Recommended Mix nuts (yep, that's a mouthful... literally. Bad joke!)

- 1 chicken breast ( I didn't eat that much chicken, this is a recyled picture)
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 1/2 cup of green beans
- 1/4 cup of rice (not as much as in the picture)

A nice little fro-yo cone :)
And then for some late-night snacking while studying/procrastinating...
I kind of had more than a serving size.... maybe twice the serving size... oops. Welp, for the most part I did a good job today.
Plus, I forgot to mention that last entry was the three-week anniversary of this blog! So, to anyone out there who reads this... whoop whoop!
