Day 7 (belated)

Technically, I'm posting this on Day 8 since it's 1:27am... but oh well. It's only because I was exercising my brains out :P I'll explain why momentarily.

Breakfast of champions!

  • 1 delicious bluebbery pancake
  • 2 scrambled eggs (That was a LOT of egg. But, again, deeeelicious.)
And then a little booster before my history test!

  • about 1 cup (half of what was in the container) of Chai Tea Latte
Safe to say that I aced my history midterm. :)

And lunch time was my (short) break before working on my essay that's due tomorrow (now technically today)...

  • 2 slices of Ezekiel 4:9 bread
  • 5 slices of Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Turkey Breast slices
I lunched while jamming to this amazing new song called "Airplanes" with B.o.B and Hayley Williams of Paramore. You should give it a listen, the lyrics are beautiful.

And some pudding while vigoriously finishing the essay...

The 60-calorie, sugar free Jell-O pudding! :)

And then, later on, I took a break and caught up on LOST since I watched the season premiere of Glee last night (WHY must the two coincide?! )

  • 1 Lean Cuisine Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta dinner
And then... oh dear, here comes the horrid part of the day...

This flavor is my weakness. My friend told me that they had it for sale downstairs and I could not resist this temptation. The flavor's seasonal so it's pretty rare to see Blue Bell carry Cake & Ice cream flavor. This was PACKED with sugar, fat, and calories, but it was WORTH EVERY BITE.

Plus, I worked out like crazy right after I finished my essay and burned around 650 calories by doing the elliptical machine and ab work. I REGRET NOTHING!

It's been a week since I've started this blog, and I think I'm doing a lot better compared to how my diet was the week before. Baby steps! But otherwise, I definitely think this whole photo diary/blog strategy is keeping me from popping things into my mouth impulsively and running downstairs to grab junk food on an impulse (well, at least decreasing the chance of it, anyway :P ). Like I said... baby steps...

Until tomorrow!
