Breakfast. Good.

Lunch. Good and Delicious.
- Turkey & Cheese panini
- Steamed carrots
- Green beans
- Honeydew & cantelope


- 4 chocolate chip cookies
- Vanilla fro-yo
Then I hada couple snacks because I was going to have dinner pretty late with some friends. So I had
- 1 Pink lady apple :)
- A bunch of Goldfish (I was popping those like M&M's)

- Pad Thai with chicken - really really spicy and I only ended up eating about 2/3
I had 2/3 of this pint. :( I feel so guilty but I'm going to be good today (Thursday) and only have healthy/minimal sweets, AND work out! Wish me luck!
