Day 14 (belated)

Got too caught up in homework last night to post on time, but here's what I had yesterday (wednesday)


Breakfast. Good.


Lunch. Good and Delicious.
  • Turkey & Cheese panini
  • Steamed carrots
  • Green beans
  • Honeydew & cantelope
2 helpings of dessert....


  • 4 chocolate chip cookies
  • Vanilla fro-yo
Oh dear... so I felt guilty about my second helping of cookies and went to my yoga-sculpt class a couple hours after lunch.

Then I hada couple snacks because I was going to have dinner pretty late with some friends. So I had

  • 1 Pink lady apple :)
  • A bunch of Goldfish (I was popping those like M&M's)
The goldfish made me kind of full, so I wasn't that hungry when I went out to eat. We went to Madam Mam's in Austin, a Thai restaurant.

  • Pad Thai with chicken - really really spicy and I only ended up eating about 2/3
My mouth (and stomach) was on fire for the rest of the night... I needed something to cool down.

I had 2/3 of this pint. :( I feel so guilty but I'm going to be good today (Thursday) and only have healthy/minimal sweets, AND work out! Wish me luck!
