Day 2

I had breakfast with a friend downstairs at my dorm (Jester City Limits) and tried to keep it well-rounded.

  • A breakfast bean and cheese taco
  • about 1 scrambed egg (the guy gave me WAY too much, so I only ate about half)
  • 1 biscuit with about a tablespoon of jelly to top it with
Mid-morning:

I sunbathed a bit outside of the library while sipping a Chai Tea latte. But I only drank about half.

After history class, I had some lunch with friends at a buffet-style cafeteria on campus.

  • 1 small salad (lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, and herbal vinaigrette)
  • corn
  • potatoes - I didn't really eat them, they were undercooked.
  • Canteloupe
  • Cornbread (only ate about half because it was cold.)
  • Not pictured - a turtle brownie (blonde brownie with a fudge and walnut layer) and some fat-free frozen yogurt

    Probably shouldn't have had that last bullet point. :(
I ran around campus for about an hour, so I needed a refresher!

My Blackberry doesn't do well under florescent light, but I had a Dreyer's Fruit Bar (No Sugar Added), Strawberry Kiwi flavored! Delish AND non fattening :)

I will exercise for about an hour or so to burn off that Fro-yo / Brownie dessert thing. Ooh boy.

Dinner: Smart Ones frozen dinner, Shrimp Marina - yum!


I also enjoyed a Pink Lady apple while watching a Project Runway marathon. Whoo!

And my dessert...



I went to a friend's dorm for a movie night and treated myself to a couple sweets-- I'm a chocaholic, it's terrible how I have to have one chocolate sweet EVERY DAY! 3 of those darn cookies and a hot chocolate.

I think I need to substitute this later on with some chocolate pudding and chocolate (unsweetened) Almond Breeze. (Note to self--buy more Almond Breeze. That stuff is so healthy.)
