Although these weren't the actual pancakes I consumed I brought some extra home for tomorrow (which is now today... sorry about the delay.)
I was still full from breakfast so my "lunch" consisted of just a few snacks.
- Planter's South Beach Diet nut mix (cashews, almonds, macadamias)
- Yoplait White Chocolate Strawberry yogurt
- 1 wedge of Creamy Swiss Laughing Cow spreadable cheese + 20 or so small wheat crackers
- Lean Cuisine Shrimp Alfredo (with broccoli, peas & linguini) frozen dinner. Yum. And only 250 calories. Yesss!
- 1 Jell-O 60-calorie sugar free pudding cup
- 1 pink lady apple
