Day 5

Breakfast was.... breakfast. Pretty good, but not quite filling enough to get me to after my classes finish (1pm).

The usual... a bowl of my organic cereal with some unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze.

Lunch time after History class means lunch in the cafeteria with the girrrrrls.

Looks pretty good, right?
  • A small salad (lettuce, cucumbers, carrot shavings, broccoli, herbal vinaigrette
  • small bowl of penne pasta with marinara sauce
  • A serving of cantelope


Dessert was pretty bad.
  • A bowl consisting of a mix of chocolate/vanilla pudding
  • A small slice of pound cake (NOT PICTURED!)
  • and 2 cookies given to me by my roommate...


And dinner:

A slice of this yummy Ezekiel bread


A Lean Cuisine meal... Grilled Chicken Caesar, my faaavorite! :)


For dessert, a Dreyer's Fruit Bar... I was doing so well!... and then...


The cursed blonde brownie. I gave in to its delicious temptations. :(

So many pictures today... I feel terribly guilty. Plus, I didn't even work out today because I've been up since 7am... and I'm pooped. If I hadn't had these extra things (like the pudding, the brownie).... I probably would have been in good shape today. I must tighten my belt tomorrow... literally!

Hopefully I'll get up early tomorrow morning to make up for my many lapses of judgment today.

Proposed actions/meal(s) for tomorrow:
- Work out before your classes start (around 8 or 9 am)
- Eat a well-rounded breakfast downstairs at JCL so you don't get hungry later.
- Go back to the dorm and eat a PB&J sandwich, maybe some yogurt too.
- Eat at the cafeteria again before running off to my movie screening.... a salad, pasta, fruit, and a TINY bit of dessert. PACK a granola bar in case you get hungry later. And a water bottle.
