Day 1, Dinner + Dessert


Dinner was very, very delicious.
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup white (fluffy) rice
  • 1/3 cup corn
  • 1/3 cup green beans
    Dessert:
  • 1 square of honey bun cake (why, Felicia!? WHY DID YOU DO IT??)
(Note: these measurements are an estimate, I'm not that thorough. I'm lucky enough that I'm even remembering to take a picture of all this!)

And last, but not least...

After demolishing my delicious meal, I scurried over to the frozen yogurt machine.

I could have chosen something much more healthier... like fruit. :( I did buy some pink ladies at HEB, though, so hopefully I'll try and stay away from these wretched ice cream cones and turn to something healthier instead for dessert.

Other than that, today was a good day food-wise.

Here was also a bit of an evening snack I had... some brain food to finish my Creative Problem Solving paper:
