Mid-morning Snack:
Lunch:

- Grilled chicken with a wine & mushroom sauce (DELICIOUS.)
- Ravioli
- Steamed carrots
- Garlic Bread

Afternoon snack:
- About 7-10 Saltine crackers

- Grilled Chicken sandwich
- Corn
- Green beans
- Fruit "salad" (honeydew, cantalope, and grapes)
I went out that night so I needed some fuel to keep me going:

A little 70 (or 90? can't remember) calorie ice cream sandwich... guilt-free! :P
And ONE Mint Oreo.
