Dinner: A Turkey sandwich, consisting of:
- 2 slices of Ezekiel 4:9 Bread
- 4 slices of smoked turkey breast
Dessert:
- 4 Saltine Crackers
- and about 3 handfuls of Organic blueberries
Dessert, part 2:
- 3 Pepperidge Farm Soft Baked Dark Chocolate Brownie Chunk cookies
- 1/2 cup milk (not pictured)
However, I did complete 1 hour of a Yoga-Sculpt class earlier this afternoon, which (nearly) redeems myself from this momentary lapse of judgement.
