Day 0


Dinner: A Turkey sandwich, consisting of:
  • 2 slices of Ezekiel 4:9 Bread
  • 4 slices of smoked turkey breast

Dessert:
  • 4 Saltine Crackers
  • and about 3 handfuls of Organic blueberries

Dessert, part 2:
  • 3 Pepperidge Farm Soft Baked Dark Chocolate Brownie Chunk cookies
  • 1/2 cup milk (not pictured)
Part 2 was the result of living a floor above a well-stocked market full of junk food.
However, I did complete 1 hour of a Yoga-Sculpt class earlier this afternoon, which (nearly) redeems myself from this momentary lapse of judgement.
