Day 3

It's the weekend! Since I have more time to really kick back and worry about myself, I think I'll be able to be a little more self-controlling with what I eat in the next day or so.

For breakfast (Or, I dunno, lunch? I rolled out of bed at around noon!) it consisted of a very low-cal meal-- Organic cereal with Almond Breeze instead of milk.

  • Central Market Toasted O's (Organic Whole Grain Toasted Oat Cereal)
  • Almond Breeze almond milk - Vanilla, unsweetened
If you can believe it, there's only about 250 calories in this meal (and that's a generous bowl of cereal, not the serving size on the box) plus 2grams of sugar! AND it tastes delicious!!

Lunchtime... A turkey sandwich complete with some pretty healthy snacks.
  • 2 slices of Ezekiel bread
  • 6 slices of turkey
  • 1 cup of sugar-free Jello pudding
  • 1 serving of Planter's Heart Healthy Nuts mix
Yay for being healthy! :)

And for dinner, I enjoyed a Lean Cuisine Shrimp Alfredo frozen meal while I enjoyed a good book... Beastly by Alex Flinn. A modern take on Beauty & the Beast-- it's a pretty good read.

Dessert was healthy!!!!

  • 1 bag of Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop! buttered popcorn (only 50 calories a bag... am I reading this right!!?)
  • 1 cup of Yoplait Light yogurt, White Chocolate Strawberry flavored. This is amazing, I recommend this to ANYONE who likes ice cream but can't afford the calories. This is THE DESSERT for me. :)
I'm so proud of myself today :)
