Day 6

Another day, another diet :P bad alliteration, but whatever.

Breakfast was a great start today! I had pancakes! And NO gross starchy biscuit for me today. I'm so proud of myself.

2 pancakes and 1 scrambled egg.
I think I could have forgone the second pancake... But I was definitely full enough to last me to 2:30pm, which was when I had my break.

I managed to stave off my hunger for a bit:

With a peanut butter & jelly sandwich!
  • 1 slice of Ezekiel 4:9 bread
  • a tablespoon (roughly) of Wild Blueberry Fruit Spread - I'm pretty sure it's organic.
  • 1 tbsp of Skippy peanut butter. YUM!
Then I rushed off to dinner at 5pm right inbetween classes:

  • A small bowl of wheat penne pasta with marinara sauce
  • Cantelope/honeydew
  • Garlic bread
  • A small salad (lettuce, broccoli, carrot shavings, cucumbers, celery, herbal vinaigrette)
And some frozen yogurt! (I stole an older picture since I didn't have time to snap a pic!)


And I was snacking on some Yoplait yogurt and a Kashi bar while I was enjoying the season premiere of GLEE!


And, last but not least, I nibbled on a bit of Planter's nuts and Goldfish for brainfood. I got a big exam to study for tomorrow, so I need all the brainpower I can get!!
