I need to lose weight, or at the very least, change my eating habits.
I'm proposing to take a picture of EVERYTHING that I eat. Whether it be crackers, tonight's dinner, a piece of chocolate my friend gave to me today, or a midnight snack... I'm going to snap a pic. Hopefully, this will help me realize what's going into my body every day and maybe I can change my eating habits for the better. I may also include some exercise I've implemented throughout the week as well.
