Day 26

Breakfast!


Lunch was.... mmm.... well, I could have done better.

  • Penne pasta + marinara sauce
  • 1 slice garlic bread
  • cantelope

  • Grilled cheese... talk about processed foods galore... :( But it was soooo good. Man, do I feel guilty.
Dessert....


  • 1 M&M and walnut brownie bar a la mode (and by "mode," I mean fro-yo)
  • I HAD to go back for more... ugh.
I ate really late for dinner, so I had one of the wretched cookies that my TA was distributing during a study session:


So dinner was I guess my repentance for all those desserts I had earlier today... I didn't have any junk food/sweets that night!

  • 1 cup veggie lover's soup
  • 3 slices peaches + a bunch of grapes
  • Planter's Nutrition South Beach Diet mix
