Lunch was.... mmm.... well, I could have done better.

- Penne pasta + marinara sauce
- 1 slice garlic bread
- cantelope

- Grilled cheese... talk about processed foods galore... :( But it was soooo good. Man, do I feel guilty.


- 1 M&M and walnut brownie bar a la mode (and by "mode," I mean fro-yo)
- I HAD to go back for more... ugh.

So dinner was I guess my repentance for all those desserts I had earlier today... I didn't have any junk food/sweets that night!
- 1 cup veggie lover's soup
- 3 slices peaches + a bunch of grapes
- Planter's Nutrition South Beach Diet mix
