Day 23

Morning! I had a new cereal today.... GASP! Variety, you say!?

  • Kashi Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon cereal
  • Almond Breeze, vanilla unsweetened
Lunch at Jester 2nd floor with the girls was pretty yummy.

  • Beef macaroni (sounds gross, but it was actually really good... tasted like chili with pasta to me!)
  • 1 scoop of mashed potatoes
  • green beans
  • carrots
  • slice of corn bread (I only ate about half of that... it was all dry and crumbly. Ick.)
  • Cantelope + Honeydew
Aaaand dessert:

  • 1 Turtle Bar (essentially a blonde brownie with caramel, fudge, and nuts in the middle. Amazing).
  • A bit of fro-yo on the side!
I proceeded to work out at around 7 in the evening today, and burned more than 700 calories!! I was so proud of myself, I had to reward myself just a (not so) teensy bit after burning off so much...

  • 1 salad (Lettuce and leafy greens, cucumbers, carrot shavings, herbal vinaigrette)
  • 1/2 of a biscuit
  • and a CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE!!!!! NOMNOMNOM... Delicious :)

Sadly, I got kind of an upset stomach from all that sugar so I had something to try and settle my stomach.... hot chocolate Almond Breeze (basically just poured the milk into my coffee cup and heated it up for 1 minute) and a few Planter's nuts from the South Beach Diet recommended mix.

Not a bad day if I do say so myself. Hopefully it will be just as good, if not better since tomorrow I'm not planning to do anything except for studying. Wish me luck !
